Individual Therapy

I know first hand how difficult it can be to reach out for help. I will collaborate with you to develop the skills to release the expectations of others so you can build relationships with your partner(s), family and peers that are real, tangible, and sustainable.

During individual 45 minute sessions we will work together on your reasons for coming to therapy in a safe and judgement free space.

Therapy for Adolescents

Being a teenager can be a challenging time. There are emotional and physical changes occuring, friendships evolving and changing as well as conflict with parents.  Sometimes as a teen, all you want is someone to talk to that is not your parent. Through the therapuetic process we can work together to develop skills to communicate through conflict and build self-esteem. 

During our 45 minute session, the room is a safe space for teens to explore their feelings about life and how to navigate the world around them. We will explore your goals for therapy and work together to build the skills needed to achieve those goals.

Couples Therapy

Whether it is communication issues, broken trust or desiring to deepen intimacy and feelings of love and connection, couples therapy can help to address, explore, and shift dynamics in your relationships to improve communication, connection, understanding and intimacy.

During our 45 minute couples therapy session, we work together to look at many aspects that include attachment, intimacy, communication style as well as problem solving dynamics among other nuances within the relationship.

Healthy Mind & Body Girls Group

The Healthy Mind & Body Girls Group is not a counseling group or a therapy service. 

This is a supportive space for girls between the ages of 8 and 18 that teaches the building blocks of trauma informed coping strategies such as Mindfullness and Movement. I believe in the Mind and Body connection and the importance of instilling these skills in our young girls. I utilize an evidenced based curriculum that focuses on a healthy mind and body. Through a supportive environment and fun interactive activities, participating girls learn a number of skills that they can carry with them in their daily lives.

Virtual Coaching

Coaching is for individuals who do not wish to go through the therapuetic process and would rather begin from a solution focused lens. The difference between psychotherapy and coaching is that psychotherapy focuses on addressing mental health needs and exploring and coping with difficult emotions. Coaching on the other hand focuses on helping you identify your values and goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals. Through coaching we can identify your strengths and ways to utilize your strengths to break negative patterns in your life to be able to find joy, confidence, and celebrate your victories in life.
